    Our yard looks just great!  Your crew really pushed it into high

gear to create such a fine look.  We've gotten several compliments on the

yard, and you should be justifiably proud of the good work the fellows

did.

    I always have pleasant little conversations with the gang - Jason,

Josh, Rafael, and Rodrigo.  They are very polite and easy to

communicate with, even if the communicating has to be by body

language rather than the English language on some occasions!  Jason has

a real knack for leadership.  the other follow his lead and seem to both

respect him and to be able to laugh with him, too.
