• Entrance:

  Make sure your guests or buyers can find your home.  Your entrance should be well lit, well maintained, well marked (i.e. visible house numbers) and aesthetically pleasing.  Paint your door, polish your door handle and knocker, make sure hand railings and steps are secure and sturdy, wash your windows, and clean out the cobwebs and debris.

• Exterior:        

    

  Siding, roof and gutters are a main concern for home buyers.  Inspect your siding to make sure it is not peeling or chipping.  Inspect your roof for problems like leaks and missing shingles.  Make sure your gutters and downspouts are secure, direct water away from your house and most importantly, clean. 

• Plants and decoration:   

  Potted plants provide yard decoration to add character to your landscape.  Seasonal annuals make great potted decoration (make sure you water your pots as they will dry out quicker than your turf areas and beds).  Landscaped beds with bushes and flowers should be neatly trimmed and mulched.

• Turf:
